- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm afraid I feel hesitant to even award Mr. Clarke a single star in any area, my experience with him was so negative. While initially enthusiastic and responsive, the moment he received my up-front payment, he became flippant, disinterested and almost impossible to reach. At one point he commented, "It's not like I'm waiting by the phone for your call," just to convey an idea of the tone of the relationship. I'm always eager to be understanding, but I have been forced to file a formal complaint against this attorney and would not recommend him in good conscience to my worst enemy. Incidentally, the diversion for which he told me I would not qualify as it was "statutory" and not arguable turned out to be false, once I hired an attorney who genuinely cared about providing me the services for which I paid (again). I did indeed receive diversion by virtue of the new attorney's efforts, thankfully.By Ron Braet, April 28, 2017
