  We have experienced 2 car accidents and have several teen drivers and Rochelle has provided us with excellent customer service to meet all of our needs. She was reachable right away after my accident telling me exactly what I needed to do before the police even arrived which calmed my nerves, since I had never been in an accident before. When I have a question Rochelle or Todd get back with me right away or by the end of the day with an answer. They are very accessible and make sure we can reach them when we need them.

  Rochelle is one of the worst I have come across in insurance agents. She will not follow through with what she says. If she says she will call you back, don't expect a call back from her. She also isn't truthful, and states things that are not true. For example. She stated I have had my car for almost 3 years. UM NOPE.. try again, I haven't even had it 2 years, and the whole time it has been insured with your agency. She will not admit when she is wrong and make it right, which is super frustrating and expensive. If you are looking for an agent to go with, I highly HIGHLY recommend do not go with Rochelle tramp. I will say though, Shelly who answers the phones is great! Rochelle not so great!

  I had an awful experience with Rochelle Tramp as my agent. I was in an accident on a Sunday, I called Rochelle first thing Monday morning to report my accident and get information on how the process would work. This was mys first accident. Rochelle failed to report my accident at all. So while I thought that things were in the process of being handled, my accident hadn't even been reported. I found this out a week later when the other drivers insurance agency called me and said they hadn't hearD anything from my insurance, State Farm. She also didn't advise me on the process of making a claim. In the end, I'm getting the bad end of the deal with my claim, even though it was the others drivers fault and part of that can be contributed to Rochelle not reporting me incident and not advising me. I am now getting stuck with some of the cost of the damage due to Rochelle's mistake. I switched agents immediately. And I'll be switching insurance all together. I have not been happy with Sate Farms service in handling my claim at all. I've had to do all the work and phone calls and communicating.
